Reservation Fee Contract

Puppies are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

We don't do any reservations based solely on color! 

*We will not place a puppy on hold until we receive a signed copy of the Reservation Fee Contract.*

***When you put a reservation fee down, you are agreeing to our Pet Contract even if you have not read or signed it yet. Please read both the Reservation Fee Contract and Pet Contract.***

Contact us by phone or email to place a reservation fee on a puppy!

We will fill out the reservation fee form for you so all you have to do is read over it, sign it and send it back to us with a payment of $350.

If you are wanting to pay for a puppy in full up front, you will still need to fill out & sign the Reservation Fee Contract & the Pet Contract and send both in. This ensures that you know about all of our terms & conditions for our puppies.

Once we receive both signed contracts we will mark the puppy as sold and he/she will no longer be available to any other families.

Pet Contract

***We will not release a puppy to go home with you until we receive a signed copy of the Pet Contract.***

Once you have signed the Pet Contract no changes can be made, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before signing this contract. All dogs will be micro-chipped & registered with ASDR before leaving, this is included in our pricing. All dogs will come with registration paperwork & vaccinations/preventative records.

RedTree Ridge Aussies will fill out the registration paperwork & send paperwork in to be processed. You must provide us with a call & registered name and your information on the registration paperwork. If a call name and registration name are not provided we will chose one for you.

***Our kennel name (RedTree Ridge) must be kept on the registered name.***

​

RedTree Ridge Aussies will provide a puppy goodie bag when you pick up your puppy (ex: blanket or toy, name of food and sample, genetic diseases explained, copy of pet contract and vet records).

Show & Breeding Contract

***No puppy will be sold under a Show & Breeding Contract unless discussed with RedTree Ridge Aussies beforehand and the Show & Breeding Contract is signed by both the Buyer & RedTree Ridge Aussies.***

Breeding rights are additional and depend on the puppy and range from $350-$600. Not all puppies are considered for breeding.

We will evaluate those who request full registration of a puppy to ensure they will also be a responsible breeder. We are trying to preserve the breed, not just produce more puppies to make money off of. Evaluations require you to fill out or answer several open ended questions and submit them back to us within 24 hours. Only ask for an evaluation when you are sure you have time to fill it out.

The Show & Breeding Contract will only be provided if we evaluate you as a responsible breeder.

Stud Service Contract

We currently don’t have any stud dogs, but we may be able to help you find a stud dog. You must contact us by phone or email to get more information about this.

Let us know about your female and which stud you are interested in.

ASDR Registration Papers

In order to receive papers on your puppy you must have paid the full amount for the puppy by seven weeks of age (if not paying cash) or upon pick-up (if paying cash). Papers will be given/filled out upon pick up.

Full vs Limited Registrations:

Full – breeding rights

Limited – pet only, no breeding rights

Price Ranges

Pricing is for spay/neuter (Pet Contract) only!

All pricing includes microchip & registration of a puppy.

Pricing is based on color, markings, eye color, conformation and overall quality. It takes at least 6 weeks to determine eye color (eye color not guaranteed). Without a reservation fee, all pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
