In order to give our breeding dogs the very best life possible, it's important to limit how many dogs we personally keep and house. However, in order to breed the highest quality dogs we need to keep, evaluate, and ADD quality bloodlines to our breeding program.

We believe that all our dogs should live in a loving family environment and not a commercial kennel setting. Guardian Homes allow us to expand our breeding program while utilizing a family oriented environment for our dogs. The Guardian Home Program enables a high quality dog/puppy to be raised in a family environment while still being retained as a breeding dog. It's a win-win for both parties.

We partner with local families, who contribute to our breeding program as Guardian Families, and in return receive their dog at a much reduced price. Guardian Families get a "pick of the litter" puppy/dog to become a permanent member of their family, while breeding rights are retained by RedTree Ridge Aussies. Once your dog's breeding career has been completed, she/he will be spayed/neuter and full ownership will be given to the Guardian Family and the dog will remain your forever pet.

We only place a few puppies a year into Guardian Homes, so please note that this is not a common option and we are very selective.
